Vintage Santa Face Stocking?

A woman came up to me last night at my local knitting group with a stocking some woman had made for her family years ago. The woman has since passed, and she would like to try and re-create the stocking.

I could probably borrow the stocking from her and count out all the stitches and recreate the pattern for her. But frankly that’s a lot of work if the pattern is already available out there some where for me to just give her. Unfortunately, my google-fu is failing me this morning, so I turn to you wonderful people for help

The leg of the stocking was knit flat; the top was white with red letters for the child's name. Then green leg with an intarsia Santa face, it was then seamed and the foot was done as a normal sock.

A few notes: it was rather small, only about the length of my fore arm. It was knit with worsted or finer yarn. The face was centered over to top of the foot part. The foot part was MUCH smaller in proportion to the leg. There were three bells attached to the toe of the stocking. And Santa's beard/eyebrows were done in the most amazingly soft fluffy angora like yarn, although I'm not sure if this was explicitly part of the pattern.

www.yarnia.com/sachstpavilo.html this is very close to the face on the stocking, fuzzy beard and all, although nothing else is remotely close.
